VPK Information

Parents must obtain a VPK voucher through the Early Learning Coalition. Eligible families are encouraged to go online to complete their  VPK applications at http://elcpinellas.net/register-for-vpk/. Parents must also upload supporting documents (proof of residency and proof of child’s age) online to receive a Certificate of Eligibility.
